Once Upon a Forest is a curated outdoor market designed to feel like stepping into the pages of a beloved book. We are seeking talented artisans, makers, authors, artists, food vendors, and small businesses whose products and displays complement the spirit of fantasy, folklore, adventure, nostalgia, nature, and storytelling.

Traditional vendor booths located in our central market area with easy access and high visibility.

Backyard Market Space (10x10)

$125/day

Our traditional vendor spaces located in the central market area, offering excellent visibility and easy access for loading and unloading.

Forest Table Space

$100/day

Unique vendor spaces tucked throughout the forest pathways, creating an immersive shopping experience for guests.

Two-Day Vendor Rate

Backyard Space: $200
Forest Table Space: $150

Optional Add-Ons

  • Tent Rental: $20

  • Table & Chair Rental: $20

  • Vendors are responsible for protecting their products from weather conditions.

  • Vendors are responsible for carrying their own insurance.

  • Forest table spaces have limited room for personal tents.

  • Vendors who purchase tent coverage will receive guaranteed covered placement throughout the event.

  • Applications are reviewed to ensure a diverse, high-quality, and cohesive market experience.
