Nestled in the backyard and scenic forest trails of Picnics in the Forest in Sherwood Park, our markets bring together a curated selection of local artisans, makers, and small businesses for a unique, immersive shopping experience.

Event Dates:

  • Saturday, May 9 – Mama’s Bloom & Bliss Market: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Sunday, May 10 – Curated Market & Mama’s High Tea: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Saturday is our main market day, featuring a wide variety of vendors in the backyard and forest paths, creating a whimsical, nature-filled environment for shopping, exploring, and enjoying the outdoors.

Sunday is a smaller, curated selection of vendors placed along the forest trails to coincide with Picnics in the Forest’s Mama’s High Tea, a ticketed event in the backyard. Guests attending the tea can browse the market while enjoying a charming, elegant Mother’s Day experience.

Markets in the Forest – Vendor Applications

Interested in joining our Mama’s Bloom & Bliss Market? Vendors will be part of a curated, forest-backed Mother’s Day experience, with opportunities on Saturday, May 9 (main market) and Sunday, May 10 (curated market alongside Mama’s High Tea).

Important Notes for Vendors:

  • Saturday is the main market (backyard + forest paths).

  • Sunday is a smaller curated market in the forest, for vendors participating in the ticketed Mama’s High Tea. Vendors may need to move their booth/table from Saturday’s location to Sunday’s assigned spot.

  • Spaces include 10×10 backyard booths, forest tables, and optional tents, tables, chairs, and electricity.

  • Vendors are responsible for protecting their items from weather and maintaining their own insurance.
