HOW TO BOOK A PICNIC

Booking your picnic is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Choose Your Theme

From the menu at the top of our website, select the picnic theme that best suits your occasion.

2. Check Availability

Each theme page has its own live availability calendar. Click the "Schedule Your Time" button to view available dates and times.

Please note: if a date is greyed out, it is not available, and we cannot accomdate you.

3. Customize Your Picnic

Select the number of guests

Choose weather you'd like Food Included

Pick any additional ADD ON's from the Add On menu.

4. Checkout & Payment

Proceed to checkout and complete your booking with secure payment.

Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed.

5. Confirmation & Next Steps

You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email right after booking.

The day before your picnic, you’ll receive a Google Form to select your Menu, color scheme, and any special requests.
