How about an outdoor, fireside Picnic in the Forest with your favorite person? Choose from three thoughtfully designed packages, each offering a different level of romance. Your picnic includes a packed picnic basket chosen from the menu options below—or the option to bring your own food—and a firepit in the gazebo to keep you warm as you enjoy the romantic setting.

The Valentine’s picnic features extra romantic details, including a candlelit walkway, additional candles around the gazebo, and a real rose petal path to set the mood, depending on the romantic level you have chosen. You can also enhance the experience with add-ons like mixed flowers or roses.

The gazebo is fully equipped for comfort, with a couch and chairs, plenty of blankets, hot water bottles, heated slippers, and hot drinks to keep you cozy. While we’ve provided everything to make your time as warm and relaxing as possible, please dress appropriately for the weather, as your comfort is a shared effort.

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an email with a Google form to select your menu, customize your experience, and finalize the details of your Valentine’s picnic.

For more long-term couples or anyone wanting an elevated romantic experience. This level features enhanced décor, extra pillows, more candles, and thoughtful details to make your picnic feel special.

❤️❤️❤️ Level 3 – Blaze Romance
Our most luxurious experience — ideal for milestone occasions, proposals, or anyone wanting the ultimate romantic forest picnic. Enjoy abundant candles, real roses, plush pillows, a rose petal path, a custom letterboard sign, and the most immersive, elevated romantic touches.

Welcome Valentine’s Treats are small chocolates and sweets served upon arrival. Optional dessert add-ons are available separately.

Cancellation Policy – Standard Bookings

• Cancel one week in advance → full refund

• Cancel less than one week in advance → $50 non-refundable fee

• Cancel less than 48 hours in advance → may be subject to a larger fee at our discretion

Cancellation Policy – Valentine’s Day / High-Demand Dates (applies to February 14th and 15th)

• Cancel one week in advance → full refund

• Cancel less than one week in advance → $80 non-refundable fee

• Cancel less than 72 hours in advance → non-refundable

• Reschedulings must be requested one week in advance due to high demand

Weather Policy

• Picnics go ahead Snow or Shine.

• All Valentine’s Day picnics (February 14 & 15) will still move forward, with extra warmth measures in place to ensure guest comfort.

• We will honor reschedulings requested within 48 hours of your booking. Requests made less than 48 hours before may incur a $50 fee, unless we need to reschedule on our end.

• Picnics are only cancelled due to severe weather (e.g., snowstorms, wind storms, or temperatures -20°C/-4°F or below). The gazebo is equipped to keep you warm down to -20°C/-4°F.

Guest Policy

• Children and infants are not allowed at Romantic Picnics.

• Only 2 guests may attend unless otherwise discussed.

• If children arrive, the picnic cannot proceed. We apologize for the inconvenience and prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests.
