Relax in a cozy gazebo with couches and chairs, enjoy a firepit, and make the day special with Valentine’s-themed décor, candlelight, and thoughtful touches.

You can choose from two thoughtfully designed group picnic packages, each offering a different level of Valentine’s charm. Picnics include the option to select a food basket from our menu or bring your own. Optional add-ons like desserts and flowers are available to enhance your experience.

Cancellation Policy – Standard Bookings

• Cancel one week in advance → full refund

• Cancel less than one week in advance → $50 non-refundable fee

• Cancel less than 48 hours in advance → may be subject to a larger fee at our discretion

Cancellation Policy – Valentine’s Day / High-Demand Dates (February 14 & 15)

• Cancel one week in advance → full refund

• Cancel less than one week in advance → $80 non-refundable fee

• Cancel less than 72 hours in advance → non-refundable

• Reschedulings must be requested one week in advance due to high demand

Weather Policy

• Picnics go ahead Snow or Shine.

• All Valentine’s Day group picnics (February 14 & 15) will still move forward, with extra warmth measures in place to ensure guest comfort.

• Reschedulings requested within 48 hours of your booking will be honored. Requests made less than 48 hours prior may incur a $50 fee unless we need to reschedule on our end.

• Picnics are only cancelled due to severe weather (e.g., snowstorms, wind storms, or temperatures -20°C/-4°F or below). The gazebo is equipped to keep you warm down to -20°C/-4°F.

Guest Policy

• Maximum of 4 guests per group picnic.

• Children and infants are not permitted.

• If more than 4 guests arrive, the picnic cannot proceed. Safety and comfort are our top priority.
