Fall Group Picnic in the Forest 🍂

Gather your favourite people and come out for a Fall Group Picnic in the Forest! Enjoy a cozy picnic together in your own private, covered and netted gazebo, surrounded by the beautiful fall forest.

Your gazebo will be decorated for the season with cozy fall touches including fall garlands, flowers, pumpkins, candles, blankets and cushions. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, planning a girls' day, getting the family together, or simply looking for something different to do with friends this fall, everything will be set up and ready for you when you arrive.

Your Fall Group Picnic is 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to eat, visit, play games and enjoy the forest together. Additional time can be purchased, depending on availability.

Fall Group Picnics can be booked with or without food, with special group pricing available for our seasonal Fall Menus. Full menu descriptions can be found below.

You will also have the opportunity to customize some of the details of your picnic, including your seating style and the colours used throughout your setup. You do not need to make these selections when booking. A customization form will be sent to you on the Monday or Thursday before your booking to make your selections.

WHAT'S INCLUDED 🍁

Your Fall Group Picnic includes:

• 3-hour private, covered and netted gazebo rental
• Cozy fall-themed picnic setup
• Fall garlands, flowers, pumpkins and seasonal décor
• Candles and cozy lighting
• Cushions and blankets throughout the gazebo
• Tables and seating arranged for your group
• Games available to enjoy during your picnic
• Plates, cutlery, napkins and glassware when food is purchased
• Complete setup and cleanup — simply arrive and enjoy!

Your setup will be adjusted based on the size of your group so everyone has a comfortable place to sit, eat and spend time together.

Fall Group Picnics start at $115 for 2 guests. Additional guests are +$20/person before food.

FALL MENU OPTIONS 🍂

Food can be added to your Fall Group Picnic at our group menu pricing, or you are welcome to book without food and bring your own!

If you choose the No Food option, you are welcome to bring your own food, snacks and drinks to enjoy during your picnic. Please note that we do not provide access to a kitchen for outside food.

If you choose one of our Fall Menus, you do not need to select your individual menu items when booking. Your group's selections will be made through the customization form sent before your picnic.

🍲 Fall Soup & Sandwich — +$25/person

A warm and cozy fall meal. Your group will choose one sandwich and one soup.

Choose Your Sandwich:

• Turkey Apple Grilled Cheese — turkey, sliced apple and smoked applewood cheddar on sourdough
• Cranberry Brie Grilled Cheese — creamy brie and cranberry on sourdough

Choose Your Soup:

• Creamy Roasted Pumpkin Soup
• Tomato Basil Soup

Your selections will be prepared for the number of guests included in your booking.

🧀 Fall Charcuterie — +$30/person

A seasonal charcuterie spread made for sharing. Choose between our Classic Fall Charcuterie or Warm Brie Fall Charcuterie.

Classic Fall Charcuterie

A selection of cheeses, antipasto meats, cranberry & hazelnut crackers, fresh and dried fruit, and something sweet.

Warm Brie Fall Charcuterie

Warm double-cream brie with cranberry, served with baguette crisps, antipasto meats, fresh strawberries, dried apricots and chocolates.

For larger groups, charcuterie quantities and presentation will be adjusted based on your group size.

Individual charcuterie items may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability.

🥞 Fall Brunch — +$35/person

A cozy fall brunch with a fall-inspired main, egg dish and breakfast meat.

Choose Your Brunch Main:

• Homemade Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls with cream cheese frosting
• Pumpkin Spice French Toast with maple syrup
• Pumpkin Waffles with maple syrup

Served with fresh fruit.

Choose Your Egg:

• Mini Quiche
• Egg Strata

Choose Your Breakfast Meat:

• Maple Breakfast Sausage
• Bacon

Your selections will be prepared for the number of guests included in your booking.

Drinks

All food bookings include drinks for your group to enjoy with your picnic.

You do not need to choose your menu items, seating style or customization details when you book.

A customization form will be sent to you on the Monday or Thursday before your booking, where you will make your selections.

While we provide guidelines for what is included with your picnic, every Picnic in the Forest is unique and different.Décor, flowers, pillows, tableware and other individual pieces may vary based on availability and the size of your group. Your picnic will always be styled with our cozy fall theme, but no two setups will be exactly the same.
