Your gazebo will be decorated for the season with cozy fall touches including fall garlands, flowers, pumpkins, candles, blankets and cushions. Whether you're planning a date night, celebrating an anniversary or birthday, or simply looking for something different to do together this fall, everything will be set up and ready for you when you arrive.

Choose from four different levels of romance, with the option to book with or without food. Full details about what is included in each level, along with descriptions of all of our Fall Menu options, can be found below.

You will also have the opportunity to customize some of the details of your picnic, including your seating style and the colours used throughout your setup. You do not need to make these selections when booking. A customization form will be sent to you on the Monday or Thursday before your booking to make your selections.

Level 1: Copper Charm — Starting at $115 for Two

A simple and cozy romantic picnic, perfect for couples looking to enjoy quality time together in the forest.

• 2-hour private, covered and netted gazebo rental
• Cozy picnic setup with cushions and blankets

• Candles
• 1–2 decorative faux roses
• Simple table styling

• Plates, cutlery, napkins and wine glasses when food is purchased

Please Note: Copper Charm is intentionally our most simple romantic setup and does not include rose petals, "I Love You" décor, large romantic signs or elaborate romantic decorations. If you're looking for a more elevated romantic experience, we recommend Levels 2–4.

Level 2: Silver Serenade — Starting at $140 for Two

Everything included in Copper Charm, with additional romantic details throughout your gazebo.

Additional touches include:

• 1 bag of rose petals incorporated throughout the gazebo
• Additional cushions and blankets
• 1 "I Love You" accent pillow
• Additional candles
• Decorative faux roses
• Tablecloth
• 1 romantic tabletop sign

Level 3: Golden Glow — Starting at $175 for Two

For couples looking for a fuller, more elevated romantic setup.

Level 4: Platinum Promise — Starting at $225 for Two

Our most luxurious romantic picnic setup, designed for life's extra-special moments.

• Real roses incorporated into the décor
• Our fullest selection of cushions and blankets
• Romantic accent pillows, heart pillow and heart blanket
• Additional candles throughout the gazebo
• Premium table styling with a tablecloth and coloured table runner
• 3 romantic tabletop signs
• Rose-themed dinner plates
• Charger plates
• Cloth napkins and wine glasses
• Additional candles placed inside and around the gazebo (weather permitting; in the event of rain, candles will be safely placed inside)

FALL MENU OPTIONS 🍁

Food can be added to any romance level, or you are welcome to book your picnic without food and bring your own food with you!

If you choose the No Food option, you are welcome to bring your own food, snacks and drinks to enjoy during your picnic. Please note that we do not provide access to a kitchen for outside food.

If you choose one of our Fall Menus, you do not need to select your individual menu items when booking. Your selections will be made through the customization form sent before your picnic.

🍲 Fall Soup & Sandwich — +$30/person

A warm and cozy fall meal. Choose one sandwich and one soup for your picnic.

Choose Your Sandwich:

• Turkey Apple Grilled Cheese — turkey, sliced apple and smoked applewood cheddar on sourdough
• Cranberry Brie Grilled Cheese — creamy brie and cranberry on sourdough

Choose Your Soup:

• Creamy Roasted Pumpkin Soup
• Tomato Basil Soup

Your selections will be served as a soup and sandwich meal for both guests.

🧀 Fall Charcuterie — +$35/person

A seasonal charcuterie spread made for sharing. Choose between our Classic Fall Charcuterie or Warm Brie Fall Charcuterie.

Classic Fall Charcuterie

A selection of cheeses, antipasto meats, cranberry & hazelnut crackers, fresh and dried fruit, and something sweet.

Warm Brie Fall Charcuterie

A warm double-cream brie wheel with cranberry, served with baguette crisps, antipasto meats, fresh strawberries, dried apricots and chocolates.

Individual charcuterie items may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability.

🥞 Fall Brunch — +$40/person

A cozy fall brunch with a fall-inspired main, egg dish and breakfast meat.

While we provide guidelines for what is included with each picnic level, every Picnic in the Forest is unique and different. Décor, flowers, signs, pillows, tableware and other individual pieces may vary based on availability. Your picnic will always be styled to match the level and overall look you booked, but no two setups will be exactly the same.
