Enjoy 3 hours in your own private, covered and netted gazebo, surrounded by the beautiful fall forest while you settle in for a cozy movie night under the trees.

Your gazebo will be decorated in our Classic Fall décor, with seasonal touches including fall garlands, flowers, pumpkins, candles, blankets and cushions. Throughout the gazebo, we'll add Gilmore Girls-inspired decorations and little details to bring some of those cozy Stars Hollow vibes into the forest.

Then settle in with your favourite movie, show or Gilmore Girls episodes on our outdoor projector screen!

🎬 HOW MOVIE NIGHT WORKS

We provide the equipment needed to display your movie or show on the big screen. You provide the device and the movie or show you want to watch.

WE PROVIDE:

• Projector

• Projector screen

• HDMI cord

• Wi-Fi access

YOU NEED TO BRING:

• Your own device to play your movie or show from

  • Laptop

  • Tablet

  • Phone

  • Other HDMI-compatible device

• Your own movie, television show or streaming service

• Any adapter your device requires to connect to our HDMI cord

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:

We DO NOT provide a laptop, streaming device, streaming account, movie or television show.

Your device must be able to connect to our standard HDMI cord.

Some laptops, phones and tablets require an additional adapter to connect to HDMI. We do not provide device-specific adapters. If your device requires an adapter, you must bring your own.

Please check your device before arriving to make sure it can connect to HDMI and that you have access to whatever you would like to watch.

You do not need to make your individual menu selections when booking. Any applicable selections will be made through the customization form sent before your picnic.

Enjoy the full Gilmore Girls-inspired Movie Night setup without a catered menu.

You are welcome to bring your own favourite takeout, snacks and drinks to enjoy while you watch.

Because what is a Gilmore Girls movie night without an unreasonable amount of snacks?

Inspired by Lorelai and Rory's love of takeout, movie nights and junk food, Snacks Galore includes a fun assortment of:

The exact assortment may vary depending on availability, but expect plenty of fun snacks to graze on throughout your movie.

No trip to Stars Hollow would be complete without a stop at Luke's! ☕

Enjoy a cozy diner-inspired brunch while you settle in for your movie or favourite Gilmore Girls episodes.

MAKING YOUR PICNIC SELECTIONS

You do not need to choose your individual menu items or customization details when you book.

A customization form will be sent to you on the Monday or Thursday before your booking, where you will make any applicable selections.

While we provide guidelines for what is included with your picnic, every Picnic in the Forest is unique and different.Décor, signs, pillows, tableware and other individual pieces may vary based on availability.

Your gazebo will always feature our cozy Classic Fall décor with Gilmore Girls-inspired touches and decorations throughout, but no two setups will be exactly the same.
