Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bridal shower, bachelorette, or simply looking for an excuse to slow down and spend time with those you love, our Girls' Night Out Picnic is designed to help you reconnect with nature and with each other.

Relax in a private forest gazebo surrounded by trees, walking trails, candlelight, and beautiful picnic décor while enjoying delicious food and great company.

Each picnic takes place in a private forest gazebo and includes a 2-hour rental of your space.

A few days before your picnic, you will receive a customization form by email where you can personalize your experience by choosing the following:

• Traditional picnic seating with blankets, pillows, and a low picnic table
• Off-the-ground seating with couches, chairs, blankets, and pillows
• A combination of both

🎨 Choose Your Colour Theme:
• Pink
• Blue
• Boho Earthy (neutral tones, mushrooms, florals, and woodland-inspired décor)
• Green

All themes are styled with white, gold, and forest-inspired accents. Custom colour palettes may be available upon request.

Choose:
• 1 Bread: Berry Croissants, Waffles, French Toast, Monkey Bread, Cinnamon Bread, or Muffins
• 1 Meat: Bacon or Breakfast Sausages
• 1 Egg: Mini Quiche or Egg Strata
• 1 Fruit: Yogurt Parfaits or Citrus Mint Fruit Salad

Additional options may be available upon request. 

🧀 Charcuterie Picnic
An assortment of cured meats (pork-free options available upon request), cheeses, fresh fruit, chocolate, nuts, olives, pickles, and crackers.

🥪 Sandwich Basket Picnic
Choose 2 Sandwich Varieties:
• Chicken Salad
• Egg Salad
• Roast Beef
• Cucumber Dill Cream Cheese
• BLT
• Blueberry Brie

Additional sandwich options may be available upon request.

🍰 Dessert Night Picnic
A sweet assortment of desserts such as cheesecake, chocolate-covered strawberries, cake, squares, cookies, and other seasonal treats.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled one week in advance will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled less than one week in advance will have a $50 non-refundable fee. Bookings canceled in less than 48 hours may be subject to a larger fee at our discretion depending on what has already been prepared. As you are covered from rain, picnics go forward Rain or Shine. We will honor any reschedulings within 48 hours. Anything less than that will be subject to a $50 fee. We only cancel due to severe weather conditions.
